Regina Dumba is a Senior AWS Technical Business Consultant and cybersecurity strategist specializing in cloud platform engineering, federal infrastructure resilience, and advanced cyber defense. Regina holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC), a National Security Agency and Department of Homeland Security designated Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense (CAE-CD). She is currently completing a PhD in Computer Science, with research focused on cybersecurity resilience, cloud security architecture, and the intersection of AI and national defense systems.
